TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, rain or shine. The ticket user voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against The Lunar Foundation, the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce, Distribution Hall, the service providers and the vendors providing services for, and those in attendance at, the Night Market event. The ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. All children attending the Night Market event must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. The ticket user consents to the use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, photography, recording, and marketing of the Night Market event, as well as future promotions of Night Market events by The Lunar Foundation and the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
